Our Structure

The National Church Planting Office is overseen by the President of the Fellowship.  Reporting to him is the third vice-president. He oversees a committee of fifteen BBFI Directors charged with the responsibility to create and bring accountability to the policies and procedures of the NCPO.

The NCPO is led by the Director of Home Missions and Evangelism. Reporting to him is the associate director. They oversee all aspects of recruiting, equipping, financing, and planting of Baptist churches throughout the United States for the BBFI.

Working along side of our leadership team is a loan committee overseeing lending, and partners who work in regions of the country to recruit, mentor, plant, and seek localized support for the NCPO efforts.  This structure allows us to recognize the needs, and effectively execute our vision to plant a Baptist Church in every community.
