Development and Training It is our desire that every man who is called of God be completely equipped for the task to which God has purposed him. The office of development has been strategically designed to enlist, train, equip, and qualify 21st century church planters with a Great Commission vision. In the life of every church planter, our goal is to develop competency in the areas of evangelism, discipleship, church management, and personal development.
